High-tech toolroom

In the next step the sales department orders the blanks (semi-finished alloys), 90% of these are aluminum alloys. We cooperate with the largest suppliers in the Czech Republic due to the variety of supplied alloys, short delivery times and high professionalism during the delivery of blanks.

After reception of the blanks, the material is checked and then together with the drawings they are sent to the production process.

Molds are assembled by our toolmakers in consultation with the present designer to deliver the mold in a 100% condition suitable for several thousand cast series.

Finally, the parts are inspected both dimensionally and visually to avoid shipping of partially damaged or abraded parts.

Depending on the customer's request, the parts can be supplied for surface or heat treatment or directly delivered to the customer's address.
